The Christmas Eve of 2006 I could not fit into any of my dress clothes for Midnight Mass. Actually, I squeezed into a pair of pants and was miserable all night and worried I would split them or tear the button off. The very next day I measured my body fat and it was at an all-time high. I decided then that it was time I lose some of the extra weight I had accumulated over the past few years. The very next month I lost 3%, within another month I had gained 2% back and felt just as fat and was very discouraged. I started using Xhobatol in February of 2007 with good success. I'm a 23-year-old grad student who's also trying to plan my wedding and work a part-time job to help make ends meet. Needless to say, my life is very stressful right now. Thanks for the e-mail that my monthly supply of TrimLife was shipped. This product is the best thing that ever happened to me and now to my daughter.

I was having trouble with hot flashes. I tried everything that was on the market, but with no help. My Doctor said that she couldn't really prescribe anything because what she could would "cause" hot flashes. Rukhsana had a Decrease in Hot Flashes in Just 1 Month
